ระหว่างวันที่ 17-20 ธันวาคม 2568 มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (มฟล.) โดย สำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ ร่วมกับ ศูนย์บริการวิชาการ ให้การต้อนรับคณะครูและนักเรียน จากโรงเรียนศรีสุวิช จังหวัดชลบุรี ซึ่งได้เดินทางมายังมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงเพื่อทำกิจกรรมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการเรียนระดับอุดมศึกษา ผ่านกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และสร้างประสบการณ์นอกห้องเรียน

โดยเริ่มกิจกรรมในวันพุธที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2568 รองศาสตราจารย์ นพ.ปรีชา สุนทรานันท์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ มฟล. เป็นผู้แทนมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง กล่าวต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหาร ครู และนักเรียน โรงเรียนศรีสุวิช ซึ่งนำคณะโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เพ็ชร ชินบุตร ผู้อำนวยการบริหารโรงเรียนศรีสุวิช และ ดร.ประถมาภรณ์ ฟักฤกษ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนศรีสุวิช เข้าร่วมการเปิดกิจกรรม ณ หน่วยงานส่งเสริมการบริการนักศึกษาเบ็ดเสร็จ (M for U Centre) ชั้น 2 อาคาร M - Square มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จากนั้นเป็นกิจกรรม “พี่หมอสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ” โดย สำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ ต่อด้วยกิจกรรม “พี่พบน้อง” โดยผู้แทนนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ที่เป็นศิษย์เก่าจากโรงเรียนศรีสุวิช ร่วมพูดคุยในหัวข้อ “การเรียนและความเป็นอยู่ใน มฟล.” สำหรับช่วงบ่ายวันเดียวกัน มีการบรรยายเรื่อง “การจัดการเรียนการสอนของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดย ฝ่ายรับนักศึกษา ส่วนทะเบียนและประมวลผล นอกจากนี้ยัง “กิจกรรมความทรงจำ โดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อ” โดย อาจารย์จากสำนักวิชาศิลปศาสตร์ และการบรรยายหัวข้อ “Up Skill ชีวิตในเวอร์ชั่นที่ดีที่สุดของตัวเอง” โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พนม วิญญายอง อาจารย์ประจำสำนักวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์

รองศาสตราจารย์ นพ.ปรีชา สุนทรานันท์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ มฟล. กล่าวต้อนรับคณะว่า มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงรู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ที่ได้ต้อนรับผู้บริหาร คณะครู และน้อง ๆ นักเรียนจากโรงเรียนศรีสุวิช จังหวัดชลบุรี ที่ตั้งใจเดินทางมาไกลถึงจังหวัดเชียงราย เพื่อร่วมกิจกรรมสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการเรียนระดับอุดมศึกษา ผ่านกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และสร้างประสบการณ์นอกห้องเรียน ซึ่งจะเปิดโอกาสให้น้อง ๆ ได้รู้จักมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงมากขึ้น โดยมีศิษย์เก่าจากโรงเรียนศรีสุวิชหลายคนที่ได้มาเป็นนักศึกษาในครอบครัว มฟล. ในหลากหลายสาขาวิชา ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ

“ตลอด 27 ปีที่ผ่านมา มฟล. ยึดมั่นแนวคิด สืบสานพระราชปณิธานของสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทราบรมราชชนนี ในการ “ปลูกป่า สร้างคน” ด้วยการดูแลทั้งสภาพแวดล้อมและการเรียนรู้ให้ดีที่สุดสำหรับนักศึกษา เรามีห้องเรียน สถานที่ รวมถึงการสร้างบรรยากาศภายในมหาวิทยาลัย ถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อให้น้อง ๆ รู้สึกสบายใจและมีความสุขกับการเรียน ไม่ว่าจะมาจากจังหวัดใด หรือจากต่างประเทศ ก็สามารถได้รับประสบการณ์และคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ดี โดย มฟล. มีความพร้อมในด้านวิชาการ หลักสูตรที่หลากหลาย และการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาหลักในการเรียนการสอน พร้อมกับสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาทุกคนได้ฝึกภาษาจีนเพิ่มเติม เพื่อเตรียมตัวสู่โลกการทำงานที่กว้างขึ้นในอนาคต”

“สำหรับน้อง ๆ ที่สนใจเรียนทางด้านการแพทย์ ทางสำนักวิชาแพทยศาสตร์ มฟล. มีความตั้งใจที่จะดูแลนักศึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด ทั้งด้านวิชาการ ทักษะปฏิบัติ และการทำงานกับคนไข้จริง ทั้งในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์การแพทย์มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และโรงพยาบาลเครือข่าย ซึ่งน้อง ๆ จะได้เรียนรู้จากอาจารย์แพทย์ที่มีประสบการณ์ ได้ฝึกคิด ฝึกแก้ปัญหา และที่สำคัญคือได้พัฒนาความเป็นแพทย์ที่มีหัวใจเมตตา เชื่อว่าถ้าทุกคนมีความตั้งใจและความมุ่งมั่น ก็สามารถก้าวเข้าสู่เส้นทางการเป็น “หมอในฝัน” ได้จริง หรือเส้นทางสายอาชีพอื่นในฝันได้เช่นกัน” คณบดี สำนักวชาแพทยศาสตร์ มฟล. กล่าว

สำหรับกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่น่าสนใจ ประกอบด้วย กิจกรรมความทรงจำ โดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อ ได้ทำกิจกรรมในหลายสถานที่ เช่น มหกรรมไม้ดอกอาเซียนเชียงราย 2025, วัดร่องขุ่น, สิงห์ปาร์ค เชียงราย เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังมีกิจกรรมของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ ที่จะพาน้อง ๆ เตรียมความพร้อมและเรียนรู้ในสาขาวิชาต่าง ๆ ทั้ง Mock up ของห้องเครื่องบินจำลอง ห้องอาหาร และห้องครัว ปิดท้ายด้วยการเยี่ยมชม ศูนย์ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีนสิรินธร เพื่อทำกิจกรรมเรียนรู้ภาษาและวัฒนธรรมประเทศจีน สำหรับน้อง ๆ ที่สนใจการเรียนเกี่ยวกับจีน ตอกย้ำการเป็นสถาบันชั้นนำในการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านภาษาและวัฒนธรรมจีน

Mae Fah Luang University Welcomes Teachers and Students from Srisuvit School, Chonburi, for an Inspirational Campus Visit

Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) warmly welcomed a delegation of administrators, teachers and students from Srisuvit School in Chonburi province for an inspirational visit aimed at introducing opportunities in higher education, with a particular focus on the Doctor of Medicine program and other academic pathways.

From December 17-20, 2025, the visit was jointly organized by the School of Medicine and the Academic Services Center. The program was designed to inspire students considering university-level studies through experiential learning and a variety of out-of-classroom activities.

The program officially commenced on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, with a welcome address by Associate Professor Dr. Preecha Soontranan, Dean of the School of Medicine, on behalf of Mae Fah Luang University. The Srisuvit School delegation was led by Assistant Professor Dr. Petch Chinabutr, Executive Director, and Dr. Pattamaporn Fakroek, School Director. The opening ceremony took place at the M for U Centre (Student One-Stop Service) on the 2nd floor of the M-Square Building, MFU.

The morning session featured "Doctor Inspirations", organized by the School of Medicine, followed by "Meet the Alumni," where current MFU students, who are alumni of Srisuvit School shared their insights on "Life and Learning at MFU."

In the afternoon, participants attended a briefing on "MFU's teaching and learning management system," delivered by the Division of Registrar. This was followed by an "English-Mediated memory-making activity" led by Aj. Chanida Phongnapharuk, English Language Lecturers of the School of Liberal Arts. The day concluded with an inspirational lecture on "Upskilling Your Life for the Best Version of Yourself,” presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Panom Winyayong of the School of Science.

In his remarks, Associate Professor Dr. Preecha Soontranan expressed MFU’s pleasure in welcoming the delegation, noting that the visit provided valuable opportunities for students to become more familiar with the university’s learning environment, academic culture, and student life. He also highlighted the presence of several Srisuvit School alumni currently studying across various programs at the university.

Reflecting on MFU’s philosophy, he emphasized that for over 27 years, the University has upheld the royal guidance of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra under the principle of 'Cultivating Forests, Developing People.' MFU places equal importance on academic excellence, environmental stewardship, and student well-being, with campus facilities and learning spaces designed to foster comfort, happiness, and meaningful learning experiences for students from all regions of Thailand and from abroad.

"MFU offers diverse academic programs with English as the primary medium of instruction, while also encouraging all students to strengthen their Chinese language skills in preparation for global careers in an increasingly interconnected world," the Dean affirmed.

For students interested in pursuing medicine, the Dean reaffirmed the School of Medicine’s commitment to providing close academic supervision , hands-on technical training, and real-world learning experiences at the Mae Fah Luang University Medical Center and its network hospitals. Students benefit from learning alongside experienced medical faculty, developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and, most importantly, cultivating compassion—the heart of professional medical practice.

He concluded by encouraging students to pursue their aspirations with determination, noting that MFU is ready to support them not only in becoming future physicians, but also in achieving their dreams across a wide range of professional fields. Additional activities during the visit included English-mediated learning experiences at prominent local landmarks such as the Chiang Rai ASEAN Flower Festival 2025, Wat Rong Khun (the White Temple), and Singha Park Chiang Rai.

Students also participated in hands-on sessions organized by the School of Management, featuring simulated learning environments such as an aircraft cabin mock-up, a training restaurant, and a professional kitchen. The program concluded with a visit to the Sirindhorn Chinese Language and Culture Center, where students engaged in activities related to Chinese language and culture, reinforcing MFU’s reputation as a leading institution in Chinese language and cultural education.
